Job Summary
Assist the school principal in the overall administration of instructional program and campus-level operations. Coordinate assigned student activities and services as directed by the principal. Requires a Master’s degree, Texas principal certification or equivalent, and certification as an instructional supervisor/appraiser within the Professional Development & Appraisal System, plus a valid Texas teaching certification. Five years of teaching experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; thorough understanding of school administrative operations; ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness; working knowledge of curriculum and instruction.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree from accredited university
- Valid Texas Principal certification or equivalent
- Certified instructional supervisor and appraiser in Professional Development & Appraisal System
- Valid Texas teaching certification
