Job Summary
Assess and monitor patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs while creating home health care plans aligned with medical orders and patient goals. Direct nursing care by administering medications and treatments, manage pain and symptoms, and educate families and caregivers. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate documentation. Participate in on-call rotation as required. Full-time schedule with flexible options including Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Saturday, Sunday, Monday rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the applicable state
- One year nursing practice in a patient care setting
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
- Current CPR certification
