Baylor RN / Registered Nurse - Home Health

Assess and monitor patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs while creating home health care plans aligned with medical orders and patient goals. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions to manage pain and symptoms, then educate and support families and caregivers. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate, timely documentation. Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch. This PRN role offers 16 hours weekly with flexible scheduling, less time on feet compared to other settings, and benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and mileage allowance.
