Baylor Registered Nurse (RN)

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans while administering medications and treatments safely. Monitor residents' conditions, record vital signs and assessments accurately, and operate specialized medical equipment as needed. Perform skilled nursing procedures including IV therapy, catheter insertion, and wound care, while educating families and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning. Ensure compliance with all nursing standards and policies. Work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) for 32 hours paid as 40, with daily pay and biweekly attendance bonuses.
