Job Summary
Assess and monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients while creating home health care plans aligned with medical orders and patient goals. Administer medications and treatments, manage pain and symptoms, and educate patient families and caregivers. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate documentation. Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch. Full-time schedule includes 30 units or 36 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence
- One year nursing practice in a patient care setting
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
- Current CPR certification

- Experience in other related settings
