Baylor Hospice RN

Provide in-home hospice nursing care in Stoneham, MA. Assess patient status and initiate/write the plan of care, regularly re-evaluate patient and family needs, and revise the plan based on nursing diagnosis and palliative actions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, document accurately, maintain a safe patient environment, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings. Perform on-call duties, coordinate equipment and services, supervise ancillary personnel as needed, and commit to ongoing professional development. Maintain licensure and BLS CPR, and demonstrate excellent bedside manners and communication skills. Must have MA RN license and drive to patient homes.
