BAY Mechanic

Execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment including cooling systems, turbines, generators, and speed governors. Perform daily maintenance programs, read mechanical drawings, and identify parts for proper operation. Participate in Job Safety Analysis development, close work permits, and document orders in SAP with required man hours and materials. Analyze trends in variable log files, report anomalies to supervisors, and perform operational tests with operators to assess equipment health. Coordinate team meetings, start root cause analysis for failures, and technically advise other areas on electromechanical work. Follow Lockout-Tagout procedures, ensure compliance with ISO safety and environmental standards, and supervise contractors and auxiliary staff. Communicate equipment needs for annual budget preparation and track procurement of tools and consumables.
