Job Summary
Greet and welcome guests to the bays, take and deliver food and beverage orders, ensure cleanliness and organization of bay areas (clearing tables and picking up golf balls), assist with bay setup and explain Topgolf technology, handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally, collaborate with staff to create a positive guest experience, and demonstrate Topgolf’s core values (Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, Caring) while complying with safety/health regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
