Bay Host (server)

Bay Host responsibilities include welcoming Players to bays with energy and enthusiasm, introducing them to Topgolf offerings, and setting the stage for an unforgettable guest experience. Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options to drive sales through thoughtful suggestive selling. Take orders quickly and accurately, keep bays clean and organized, and collaborate with fellow Playmakers to deliver a memorable Player experience. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards and embody Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lb, standing for long periods, and staying engaged in a high-volume environment. Requires legal-age-to-serve-alcohol where required by law.
