Job Summary
Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, connecting them to Topgolf's offerings and driving sales through thoughtful food and beverage recommendations. Actively recommend dining and gaming options tailored to their visit, then take orders quickly and accurately while clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a clean, organized bay space. Provide a strong presence with fellow Playmakers to resolve concerns and ensure a smooth, safe experience by adhering to strict sanitation standards. This role requires lifting items up to 50 lb., standing for most of the shift, and performing various physical tasks in a high-volume environment. You must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
Required Qualifications
- Experience serving food & beverages in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- Ability to lift and move things up to 50 lb.
