Job Summary
Welcome Players to their bays with energy, recommend food and beverage options to drive sales, and take orders quickly and accurately. Keep Bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space. Be readily available with a strong T-line presence, working seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience from setting up bays to resolving concerns. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards while lifting items up to 50 lb. and remaining on your feet for most of the day in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience serving food & beverages
- Experience serving alcoholic drinks
- Experience serving non-alcoholic drinks
- Experience in a restaurant setting
- Experience in a hospitality setting
- Experience in an entertainment setting
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Must be able to lift 50 lb.
- Must be comfortable with lifting
- Must be comfortable with bending
- Must be comfortable with stooping
- Must be comfortable with carrying things
- Must be able to be on your feet for most of the day
- Must be able to walk throughout a shift
- Must be able to keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment
- Must be able to work day, night and weekend shifts
