Job Summary
Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, connecting the dots on their visit and sharing Topgolf's offerings to set the stage for an unforgettable time. Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to their visit to enhance their overall experience and drive sales through thoughtful suggestive selling. Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep Bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space. Be readily available with a strong T-line presence, working seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience from setting up bays to resolving concerns with a smile. Stick to safety and sanitation standards, assisting with keeping the bay clean and safe. This role requires lifting items up to 50 lb., being on your feet for most of the day, and engaging in a variety of physical activities in a high-volume environment.

- Ability to be on your feet for most of the day
