Job Summary
Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, connect them to Topgolf offerings, and drive sales through thoughtful suggestive selling of food, beverage, and gaming options. Actively recommend tailored experiences, take orders quickly and accurately, and maintain clean, organized bay areas by clearing tables and refilling drinks. Resolve player concerns with a smile while collaborating seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to ensure an unforgettable visit. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards, lift items up to 50 lb., and remain on your feet throughout high-volume shifts. Requires a positive attitude, ability to thrive in a popular environment, and prior experience serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
