Job Summary
Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, connecting them to Topgolf's offerings and setting the stage for an unforgettable time. Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to their visit to enhance their overall experience and drive sales through thoughtful suggestive selling. Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep Bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space. Be readily available with a strong T-line presence, working seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience from setting up bays to resolving concerns with a smile. Commit to safety and sanitation standards, assisting with keeping the bay clean and safe. This role requires lifting items up to 50 lb., being on your feet for most of the day, and engaging in constant physical activity in a high-volume environment. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
