Bay Host - Experience Required

Bay Host responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests to the bays, taking and delivering food and beverage orders in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining bay area cleanliness and organization, assisting with bay setup and providing instructions on using Topgolf technology, handling guest inquiries with professionalism, collaborating with staff to deliver a memorable guest experience, and upholding Topgolf core values (Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, Caring) while complying with safety and health regulations. Prior hospitality/customer service experience is preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are required; must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required.
