Job Summary
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and water treatment equipment across commercial properties, including sinks, toilets, water heaters, and piping. Identify required tools, locate positions using technology, and assemble valves and fittings while ensuring all installations meet building codes, manufacturer specifications, and environmental protection requirements. Perform scheduled maintenance, test systems for leaks, and operate drain camera equipment for expert jetting services. Complete job tickets, mileage logs, and truck stock records daily, coordinate with the dispatch and Project Manager for clarifications, and maintain strict confidentiality. Accept on-call rotations for nights, weekends, and emergency repairs as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years plumbing service/drain cleaning trade experience
- Must have basic plumbing skills
- Troubleshooting and identifying mystery leaks, backups
- Expert Jetting service both low and high pressure
- Expert at operating drain camera equipment
- Must be a quick learner
- Must have ability to use basic hand tools and other equipment
- Must be able to follow verbal or written directions
- Must be a safe driver
- Must be able to pick up and deliver supplies/materials
- Must be neat, clean and organized
- Must maintain strict confidentiality
- Be honest and trustworthy
- Be respectful
- Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Be flexible
- Demonstrate sound work ethics
- Must be available for on call service & nights & weekends
- Must be able to work well with others and independently
