Job Summary
Create reinforcement, formwork, and detail plans for industrial and commercial construction projects using CAD software. Translate static requirements into executable documentation while collaborating with architectural, structural, and project teams. Coordinate with internal groups and external specialists on design, permitting, and construction drawings in 2D or 3D. This role involves permanent employment with flexible hours and on-site work in a modern Leipzig office. Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauzeichner/in, Bautechnische/r Konstrukteur/in, Technische/r Zeichner/in, CAD-Konstrukteur/in, Bautechniker/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bauwesen
- Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Software (z. B. Allplan, STRAKON, Revit, Tekla, AutoCAD)
- Gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher)
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Hochbau, Ingenieurbau, Stahlbetonbau oder in der Planung von Industrie- und Gewerbebauten
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Schal- und Bewehrungsplänen
- Technisches Verständnis, räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen und eine sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit internen und externen Projektpartnern
