Conduct core drilling in concrete, sandstone, and masonry; create precise saw cuts in concrete, sandstone, and masonry; and cut asphalt, concrete, and fresh concrete. Perform daily diagnostic imaging coverage including opening, pressing, or cutting openings of any size in concrete or stone. Specialize in balcony demolition and balcony retrofit projects. Maintain independent, solution-oriented work style while holding a Class B driver's license and German language skills.
