Job Summary
Oversee and execute electrical infrastructure construction projects independently, ensuring quality assurance during building execution and managing cost control and budget monitoring. Coordinate schedules and lead site inspections for handovers to end users, while maintaining comprehensive project documentation. This role supports Arcadis's global Mobility business by developing sustainable, interconnected solutions for cities and communities.
Required Qualifications
- Abschluss als Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor, Master (Uni, TU, TH, FH)
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrungen in der Bauüberwachung (Abwicklung haustechnischer Gewerke)
- einschlägige Kenntnisse der VOB
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten und AVA-Software
- CAD-Kenntnisse
- Kompetentes Auftreten
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Brandschutz
- Projekterfahrung im Bereich der DB AG sind nicht von Nachteil
