Job Summary
Conduct construction supervision for railway and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with DB guidelines, EBA requirements, and relevant regulations. Coordinate subcontractors, align with construction leadership and clients, and monitor quality, schedules, and safety. Document construction progress via Braunstrich, manage acceptance and commissioning of systems, and support take-off and invoice verification. This role offers an indefinite fixed-term position with flexible hours, a starting salary of 3,600 € gross monthly rising to 4,000 € after the probation period, along with a company car for private use and performance-based project allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung als Bauüberwacher im Bahnumfeld
- Kenntnisse relevanter DB-Richtlinien und EBA-Vorgaben
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit & Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Reisebereitschaft
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise Qualifikation als Bauüberwacher Bahn (z. B. Oberbau, KIB, LST oder TK)
