Prepare, organize, and control construction sites while supervising staff and managing material issuance. Coordinate employee schedules, verify timesheets and reports, and enforce safety regulations and collective agreements. Lead projects with increasing autonomy, support the department head on billing and offers, and act as project lead proxy when absent. Work directly on-site and maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and accident prevention protocols. Requires SMGV certification or willingness to obtain it, plus a driver's license and strong German communication skills.
