Job Summary
Conduct independent processing of construction projects according to Lph 6-9 HOAI and oversee local construction supervision and site management in the Rhine/Ruhr region. Prepare tender documents including bill of quantities and participate in tendering processes with cost estimates. Manage complex tasks from initial variant investigations through final acceptance while ensuring certified quality standards. Collaborate with city planners, landscape architects, and engineers on infrastructure planning, road construction, and water management projects. Work within a flat hierarchy featuring short decision-making paths and project-oriented autonomy.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Qualifikation im Bauwesen (z.B. einschlägige Berufsaus- und -fortbildung, Hochschulstudium)
- Berufspraxis von ca. 3 Jahren in den obigen Aufgabenstellungen bzw. in der Tiefbauplanung
- Gute Anwenderpraxis in MS Office und in Ausschreibungsprogrammen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Konzeptionelles Denken und Handeln
- Etablierter und zuverlässiger Personalpartner der Branche Architektur / Ingenieurwesen und Bauwirtschaft
