Job Summary
Manage larger and smaller construction sites independently, organizing and executing projects in deep and asphalt construction with a focus on channel, road, and utility work. Direct on-site team operations, coordinate workflows, and ensure safety compliance while reading and implementing construction plans. Prepare work preparation, create measurements and billing, draft bill of quantities, and participate in tender negotiations. Coordinate with clients, architects, and other project stakeholders. Requires a degree in construction, master's, or technician training with experience in construction planning and team leadership. Full-time position in Würzburg with a company car, 13th salary, and structured onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Studium im Bauwesen, Meister- oder Technikerausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter
- Kenntnisse in der Bauablaufplanung und Baustellenkoordination
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und wirtschaftliche Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination von Baustellenteams
- Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Erfahrungen mit gängigen Bausoftwaren
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Führerschein der Klasse B
