Job Summary
Coordinate complex turnkey interior and retail construction projects across Germany with full autonomy, steering site managers, coordinators, and subcontractors through all phases. Inspect sites, calculate costs, prepare execution on-site, and issue subcontractor invoices while managing budgets, schedules, quality, and client satisfaction. Conduct regular client meetings to ensure transparent communication and independently close project accounts while maintaining end-to-end cycle visibility. Lead projects with a 100% trust-based work schedule, organizing office days between the office and 80–100% remote work.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung als Techniker oder Meister oder ein Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Bauprojektmanagement oder vergleichbar
- mindestens 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bau- oder Projektleitung
- Erfahrung im Hochbau oder Schlüsselfertigbau
- Deutsch auf mindestens C1-Niveau
- Führerschein der Klasse B
