Plan, organize, and steer construction sites in civil engineering with a focus on bridge construction and concrete maintenance. Coordinate and lead your own construction personnel and subcontractors while allocating equipment, materials, and staff for smooth workflow. Monitor schedules, costs, and progress through comparative analysis, review invoices, and manage payment inflows. Serve as the central contact point for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Support new employees in integrating into construction leadership and accounting roles. Manage projects within a 75 km radius involving bridge demolitions, new builds, and concrete repair work. Lead a team of approximately 10 employees in an established construction company with over 70 years of experience.
