Job Summary
Manage and steer the construction of complex EPCM industrial projects, including semiconductor and battery cell manufacturing sites, with full responsibility for schedule, quality, and cost targets. Lead internal project teams and subcontractors across various trades, coordinating necessary resources and capacities to achieve project goals. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety measures while actively optimizing internal processes and training staff. This role requires a Bauingenieurwesen degree or equivalent qualification with extensive experience as a (Ober)Bauleiter in the industrial construction sector. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills, knowledge of German building codes (VOB), and readiness for on-site work and travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen, Gebäudetechnik, Energietechnik, Architektur oder eine Qualifikation als Techniker:in/Meister mit Bezug zum Bauwesen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, z.B. als (Ober)Bauleiter:in, Obermonteur:in oder Projektleiter:in im Bau bzw. der Ausführung von Projekten im Industrieumfeld
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Projektteams und Nachunternehmern sowie eine ausgeprägte unternehmerische und kommunikative Denk- und Arbeitsweise
- Sichere Kenntnisse und Anwendung der VOB sowie der relevanten technischen Regelwerke und Normen des deutschen Bauwesens
- Bereitschaft zu projektbedingten Reisen und regelmäßigen Baustelleneinsätzen im gesamten Bundesgebiet
