Job Summary
Lead construction supervision and site documentation for deep, sewer, and road construction projects. Plan construction methods, workflows, and equipment needs with site supervisors. Manage construction billing in collaboration with accountants and support the costing department with technical input. Oversee change order management and subcontractor and supplier coordination. Act as the primary contact for all project stakeholders, including clients and engineering offices. Report directly to the management team for swift decision-making on regional projects up to €10 million.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens der Fachrichtung Bau
- Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung im Tiefbau, Kanalbau, Rohrleitungsbau, Straßenbau oder Betonbau
- Deutsch sicher in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
- Führerschein Klasse B
