Job Summary
Manage and monitor construction site projects independently, overseeing workflow and scheduling while controlling costs and budgets. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, manage material ordering, and support cost calculations and tender negotiations. Ensure quality control of executed work and compliance with all legal regulations, while verifying incoming invoices and subcontractor billing. Maintain safety and occupational health standards on-site and provide regular project status reports to the management board. Work full-time with fixed hours from 8–17, no weekend shifts, across Germany including Saxony, Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt, and Bavaria.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bauwesen bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rohbaubereich
- Einsatz deutschlandweit (Sachsen, Thüringen, Sachsen-Anhalt, Bayern)
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Deutschkenntnisse mindestens B1
Desired Qualifications
- Mehrfache Berufserfahrung im Rohbaubereich, idealerweise in der Position als Bauleiter
- Sicherer Umgang mit Nachunternehmern sowie Materialbestellung und Projektmanagement
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Bauabwicklung und Bauablaufplanung
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Organisationstalent
- Teamfähigkeit
- Erfahrung in Bauabrechnungen
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office (insbesondere Excel und Word)
- Polnisch oder Ukrainisch
