Job Summary
Conduct qualified leadership for all trades in renovation and expansion projects for existing buildings, overseeing quantity, quality, schedules, and costs. Independently settle construction billing and provide customer-oriented support during the warranty period. Manage subcontractor performance and ensure strict adherence to project milestones while maintaining high engagement and structured communication within the team. Candidates require a degree in civil, economic, or architectural engineering, or equivalent master/technician training, with experience in high-rise or renovation construction. This role is part of GOLDBECK Technical Solutions, a family enterprise realizing future-proof real estate across Europe with over 14,000 employees.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens (Bau) oder der Architektur, alternativ abgeschlossene Meister- / Technikerausbildung
- Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung im Hochbau, Bestandsbau oder bei Umbauten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Kenntnisse in Ausschreibungs- und Terminprogrammen
- Überdurchschnittliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Engagement
