Job Summary
Coordinate on-site activities for subcontractors, manage forecasts and budgets, and oversee project planning using MS-Project. Lead technical and safety inductions for subcontractors, create and maintain construction legal project documentation, and organize client handovers including defect rectification. Serve as the primary contact for clients to coordinate requests and ensure clear communication while enforcing ISO 9001, 14001, and SCC standards. Evaluate supplier offers and prepare tender recommendations to secure economic project targets. Requires a qualification as Bauleiter or Bauingenieur, VOB/VOL knowledge, and SCC certification. Flexible regional deployment and proficiency in MS-Project, Excel, and SharePoint are essential.
