Coordinate site activities for subcontractors, manage proposals and procurement bids, and oversee forecasts and budgets to ensure economic targets are met. Lead technical and safety inductions for subcontractors, execute ISO 9001, 14001, and SCC compliance measures, and maintain legal project documentation. Serve as the primary contact for clients, coordinating requests and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Organize final acceptances, handle defect rectifications, and manage project handovers to customers. Utilize MS-Project for structured workflow planning and apply VOB/VOL knowledge to ensure legally sound project execution.
