Coordinate on-site activities for subcontractors, manage tender offers, and steer forecasts and budgets to ensure economic target achievement. Lead structured project planning using MS-Project, conduct technical safety briefings, and oversee implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, and SCC standards. Serve as the primary contact for clients, coordinate requests, and manage legal project documentation. Organize project handovers, handle defect remediation, and ensure compliance with quality and environmental regulations. Requires technical qualification as a site manager or engineer, VOB/VOL expertise, and SCC certification. Full-time role with regional flexibility for project assignments.
