Bauleiter (m/w/d) für modulare Raumsysteme Nordrhein-Westfalen

Coordinate on-site activities for subcontractors, manage proposals and tender recommendations, and oversee forecasts and budgets to ensure economic targets are met. Plan project workflows using MS-Project, conduct technical and safety briefings for subcontractors, and serve as the primary contact for clients to coordinate requests. Enforce quality, environmental, and safety standards per ISO 9001, 14001, and SCC certifications while maintaining legal project documentation. Organize project handovers, handle defect remediation, and ensure smooth client transitions. This role requires a qualified Bauleiter, Bauingenieur, or Techniker with VOB/VOL knowledge and SCC certification, based in North Rhine-Westphalia.
