Job Summary
Lead facade installation projects valued between €2.5 and €15 million by overseeing on-site assembly, ensuring compliance with technical, scheduling, and contractual standards, and maintaining safety and quality protocols. Coordinate directly with clients and site crews while managing documentation and interfacing with internal teams such as workshop leadership and project planning. Travel domestically and internationally to execute work across major global cities within a flat-hierarchy structure. This role supports the Feldhaus team in shaping worldwide urban structures, offering intensive onboarding for candidates without prior industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- Abschluss eines Master- bzw. Bachelorstudiums oder Diplomstudiengangs im Bereich Ingenieurswesen, Fassadentechnik, Baukonstruktion oder gleichwertig
- Ausbildung zum Techniker oder Meister Metallbau
- Belastbarkeit und organisatorisches Talent
- Kaufmännische und baurechtliche Fähigkeiten
- Konstruktive Erfahrung im Bereich Fassaden
- Englischkenntnisse
- Eigenständiges und eigenverantwortliches Teamleading
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse
- Eigeninitiative
