Job Summary
Conduct technical supervision and support for residential, hotel, and commercial construction projects. Participate in planning, tendering, and settlement of construction services while overseeing quality, schedule, and cost control. Coordinate subcontractors and specialist firms, acting as the primary contact for internal stakeholders, authorities, and external partners. Document construction progress and prepare technical documentation. Requires state-certified construction technician or master craftsman qualification with multiple years in high-rise construction and knowledge of technical regulations. Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich geprüfter (Holz)Bautechniker (m/w/d) oder Zimmerermeister (m/w/d) oder Maurer- und Betonbauermeister (m/w/d)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Hochbau
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der einschlägigen technischen Regelwerke (u. a. VOB, HOAI, DIN-Normen)
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Projektbeteiligten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Führerschein der Klasse B
