Job Summary
Manage the correct workflow on the construction site by issuing necessary instructions to colleagues and trades. Ensure safe operation and coordination of various works while overseeing quality control, planning, and site coordination with project leadership. Document the construction progress in the building logbook and handle the acceptance of construction projects. This role requires a hands-on approach with strong cost awareness and negotiation skills. Required Qualifications
- handwerkliche Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Bauwesen
- Erfahrung als Bauleiter in den Bereichen Industrie-, Gewerbe- oder Wohnungsbau
- selbständiges und teamorientiertes Arbeiten auf Großbaustellen
- gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der VOB
- Kostenbewusstsein
