Job Summary
Manage the correct workflow on the construction site by issuing necessary instructions to colleagues and trades. Ensure safe coordination of various operations, oversee quality control, and handle planning and coordination in close alignment with project leadership. Create documentation of the construction schedule (construction diary) and manage the proper acceptance of construction projects. Requires a trade qualification or degree in construction engineering, experience as a site manager in industrial, commercial, or residential sectors, and fluent German. Proficiency in VOB regulations, cost awareness, and negotiation skills are essential. Full-time position in Berlin with flexible working arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- handwerkliche Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Bauwesen
- Erfahrung als Bauleiter in den Bereichen Industrie-, Gewerbe- oder Wohnungsbau
- selbständiges und teamorientiertes Arbeiten auf Großbaustellen
- gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der VOB
- hohes Maß an Kostenbewusstsein
- Verhandlungsgeschick
