Plan projects, create bids, and award services while overseeing construction from initial site visits to final acceptance. Ensure schedule adherence and cost control while dispatching your own staff and subcontractors. Conduct measurements and bid site inspections, monitor subcontractor performance, and coordinate with clients and tenants. Perform quality checks, manage change orders, and evaluate subcontractor evaluations. Optimize collaboration during the execution phase. Requires master title or equivalent trade qualification, MS Office skills, and a car for travel. Full-time role with company car and tablet access.
