Job Summary
Conduct on-site leadership of new residential construction projects, ensuring timely, quality, and economical execution while coordinating all involved contractors and trades. Manage technical, legal, and regulatory compliance through regular site visits, documentation, and defect tracking within the digital building system. Coordinate handovers to owners and ensure adherence to funding requirements and sustainable construction methods. Maintain open communication with project stakeholders, clients, and authorities. Requires HOAI Phase 8 expertise, building law knowledge, and digital tool proficiency. Includes a company car, unlimited contract, and development funding.
