Bauleiter/in Hochbau/Stahlbetonbau (w-m-d)

Prepare construction projects comprehensively and coordinate procurement of subcontractors, suppliers, and services. Organize construction sites in close coordination with the general project manager and foreman to ensure smooth operations. Plan schedules, control construction progress, and monitor costs and economic efficiency. Manage quality assurance, change order, and defect management while adhering to labor, environmental, and safety regulations. Represent the company to clients and partners as the primary contact point, reporting transparently and contributing actively to company-wide projects. Requires a technical degree or technician qualification with at least five years of experience in high-rise or reinforced concrete construction, knowledge of construction contract law, and a valid Class B driver's license.
