Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bauhauptgewerbe oder als Hochbauzeichner mit Weiterbildung als Bauleiter HFP, Techniker HF oder Architekt/Ingenieur
- Erfahrung als Bauleiter in der Schweiz, insbesondere im Neubau
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und Bauadministrationsprogrammen
- Unternehmerisches Denken und eigenverantwortliches Handeln
- Organisationsstark, kommunikationssicher und lösungsorientiert
- Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und hohe Sozialkompetenz
