Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects in road, deep, and sewer construction while managing material, equipment, and personnel allocation. Monitor costs and schedules, ensure compliance with legal regulations and accident prevention rules, and generate change orders and invoices using industry-standard software. Communicate regularly with clients, authorities, and subcontractors. Requires a completed degree in civil engineering or construction technology, at least three years of experience as a site manager, and knowledge of the VOB. Full-time position with flexible working hours and remote work options available.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Bautechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter oder in vergleichbarer Position
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der VOB und aktuellen technischen Regelwerke
- Sicherer Umgang mit Abrechnungs- und Projektsteuerungssoftware sowie MS Office
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsstärke
- Führerschein Klasse B
