This role requires a Dipl. Techniker HF in High Construction or equivalent, with multiple years of experience in construction or project management. Strong communication skills and the ability to independently manage costs, schedules, and quality are essential. MS Office, MS Project, and Messerli software proficiency are required, with a Category B driver's license being an advantage.
