Job Summary
Oversee heating, ventilation, sanitation, and climate (HLS/SHK) projects through independent object supervision, economic execution within defined scopes, and coordination between technical and civil trades. Manage the entire construction timeline via planning and monitoring across all phases, while handling cost, change order, and variation management. Ensure quality compliance with technical regulations and execute VOB-compliant billing for rendered services. Requires a qualified Anlagenmechaniker SHK with experience in execution or site supervision, knowledge of VOB/HOAI/TGA, and MS Office/Project proficiency. Flexible full-time or part-time hours available.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK
- Praxiserfahrung in der Ausführung, Bauleitung oder Objektüberwachung im SHK/HLS-Bereich
- Grundkenntnisse oder wachsendes Verständnis für VOB, HOAI sowie das technische Regelwerk der TGA
Desired Qualifications
- Weiterbildung zum Meister
- staatlich geprüfter Techniker im Bereich Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär oder Klima
- abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungstechnik
- vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Kenntnisse in MS Project
