Job Summary
Conduct independent leadership of earthwork and demolition projects, including site management for personnel and equipment deployment. Prepare cost estimates for earthwork and demolition measures, while monitoring budget adherence and controlling costs and schedules. Enforce quality and safety standards, communicate with clients, authorities, and suppliers, and document project progress. Implement customer-oriented solutions and calculate special services or change orders. Requires technical education or civil engineering degree, relevant construction experience, and strong MS Office skills. Required Qualifications
- Technische Ausbildung bzw. Studium des Bauingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in der Bauleitung bzw. im Bauwesen
- Berufserfahrung im Baugewerbe
- EDV-Affinität mit sehr guten Kenntnissen in MS-Office
- guten Anwenderkenntnissen von Kalkulationsprogrammen (z.B. BPS, MWM, etc.)
