Bauleiter FTTx (m/w/d)

Conduct site preparation, workflow, and resource planning for trenchless pipeline projects using modern horizontal directional drilling methods. Manage personnel and subcontractors while ensuring adherence to schedules, cost budgets, and quality standards. Maintain documentation and reporting on construction progress and oversee workplace and traffic safety protocols. Act as the primary contact for clients, authorities, and sub-contractors. Requires technical training, extensive experience in deep construction, and nationwide travel readiness. Unrestricted contract with performance-based bonus, company car, and high-quality IT equipment provided.
