Bauleiter / Dachdeckermeister/ Zimmerermeister (m/w/d)

Lead a construction team and oversee the entire building project, managing subcontractors, coordinating performance, and handling change orders. Handle billing and invoice verification, prepare measurements, and document construction activities while managing warranty claims. Coordinate with all parties involved on-site and support quality assurance throughout the construction phase. Requires a degree in civil engineering or completion as a roof contractor or carpenter, along with a Class B driver's license.
