Job Summary
Coordinate site operations from start to finish, overseeing construction execution, timelines, quality, and cost standards. Support the submission phase by managing bid preparation, quotation analysis, and tender documentation. Manage on-site activities through commissioning and warranty phase completion. Requires a completed architecture drawing apprenticeship (EFZ) and strong German language skills. Full driving license (Category B) and proficiency in Messerli Bauadmin and MS Office are essential. Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zeichner*in EFZ Fachrichtung Architektur
- Deutschkenntnisse sowohl in Wort wie auch in Schrift sehr gut
- Führerausweis Kat. B
