Plan, organize, and steer asphalt construction sites with independent responsibility. Coordinate and lead your own site personnel, subcontractors, and contribute to recruitment within the asphalt sector. Allocate equipment, materials, and staff to ensure smooth construction progress. Monitor schedules, costs, and project advancement through comparative analysis. Review invoices, collaborate closely with cost accountants, and generate performance reports while tracking payment inflows. Serve as the central contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Support the onboarding of new employees into site leadership and accounting roles. Manage a team of approximately 10 staff members in a family-owned construction group with over 70 years of experience, handling regional projects within a 75 km radius including highway and municipal road works.
