Job Summary
Provide technical consulting to planners, engineering offices, architects, and customers regarding statically-constructive questions. Support product placement during the planning and pre-sales phase while developing economically and technically convincing execution solutions. Handle technical inquiries, clarify complex project and ordering topics, and integrate products into plans and technical drawings. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product management, and development teams to coordinate, prioritize, and process technical cases. Ensure efficient, customer- and solution-oriented project execution. This role sits within a Swiss-based international company specializing in innovative building products and system solutions, addressing challenges like thermal bridges and sound insulation. The position involves working in a professional environment with high autonomy and flexible working models, including home office options.
Required Qualifications
- Abschluss als Bauingenieur:in mit Schwerpunkt konstruktiver Ingenieurbau
- Ausbildung als Bautechniker:in mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Planungs- und Baustellenabläufen
- Erfahrung mit statisch-konstruktiven Fragestellungen
- Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Kundenorientierung
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse im Fertigteilbau oder verwandten Bereichen
- Erfahrung mit Berechnungssoftware, insbesondere FEM
- Französisch und/oder Italienisch
